It is the first residential investment complex that was built in Nineveh Governorate / Mosul / Qujaq Province. Work began on it on 4/1/2022, and the work is still ongoing until now, as its completion rate has reached 55% to date, and the total area of the project land is 45 dunums, equivalent to 11.25 hectares or 112,421 square meters.
The complex contains 612 vertical and horizontal housing units
It is divided into 11 vertical buildings, each building has 9 floors and each floor has 4 apartments of a modern style. It also contains a school, kindergarten, commercial and service centers, gardens and parks.
Our company is the owner and preparer of Al-Shorouk residential complex and all engineering designs (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary), where all engineering plans and project requirements have been prepared by the company’s staff.
Also, all designs were prepared according to the Iraqi standard specifications, taking into account the limitations of the Housing and Urban Planning Authority in Iraq
In terms of implementation, a distinguished and experienced engineering cadre has been allocated with good experience in working within residential complexes
